Barbara Glover

Since being given a box brownie camera at the tender age of 14, Barbara has had a fascination for photography. After raising her children she was able to follow her passion again and has been working part time as a photographer and is an active member of the Castle Hill RSL Photography Club. She loves all aspects of photography but has a real interest in street photography. To capture people as they go about their daily business and freeze that moment in time ignites her imagination.

Sevket Ufuk Guden

Sevket Ufuk Guden was born in Kayseri Turkey. When asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, the answer was easy... A Mime Artist. He didn’t have a clear understanding of what art was but he knew he wanted to be a part of it. His parents however encouraged him to take a more steady path and he completed his Bachelor of Engineering before coming to Australia. Arriving in 2005 he accomplished three master degrees in Industrial Design, Business Management and Engineering. After all the experiences and education his heart still yearned for what he dreamt of as a child - to be an artist, not a mime artist but photographer. Sevket is currently studying the Diploma of Photo Imaging at Kingswood TAFE and he works as a freelance photographer. His photos have been exhibited in Australian Centre for Photography exhibitions in 2010 and 2011.

Yvonne Larkins

If a picture paints a thousand words, then it stands to reason that a thousand words must also paint a picture.

Yvonne Larkins has always loved the romance of old photographs and the memories they can evoke, but when she was given a digital camera for her 40th birthday she fell in love with photography. Now living in the Blue Mountains she is enrolled at Nepean TAFE studying her passion at Diploma Level. She now combines photography with her other love which is writing and is working as a freelance photographer and writer. You can find her award winning blog at www.livonne.com.au
